For Alumni (Networking & Career)
Navigate to your profile and to the education section, there you can add your past student id for verification of your alumni status.
Visit the 'Jobs' page from the menu tab and click on the pencil icon to 'Post a Job'. Fill in the details; it will be visible after a quick review. Notice, you need to be an alumni to be able to create a job post
No, we do not have this feature yet. But we have include their public facing profile on social media like linkedIn where you can connect with them for further communications.
Go to the profile, then in the experience section you can edit your experience
For Students (Campus Life)
Absolutely. you can go to the map, and look through the available tags.
Click on the academy icon in the Tab Bar to visit your academy calendar
Most listings are for graduates, but look for the 'Internship' tag for student-eligible roles.
Yes, the audio player continues to play even if you navigate to other pages, leave the app or lock your screen.
The feed page holds the lates info available on the app. You can refresh for latest update.
For All Users (Security & Technical)
Contact the IT Helpdesk with your student/alumni ID to reset your 2FA settings.
No. Your data is encrypted and only accessible to verified NEU community members.
Go to Menu > Change Password to manage your credentials.
Use the 'Support' button in the Menu to send a message directly to our dev team.
The map requires an internet connection for real-time location.
